In Toledo, Ohio, Mya and Madison Glover have not only embraced sisterhood but have also emerged as academic stars. The 18-year-old twins graduated as the valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively, from Toledo Early College High School, a distinguished program that enables students to earn college credits during their high school years.

Mya, with the highest GPA in her class, attributes her success to a proactive approach. She emphasizes staying organized and completing assignments promptly, providing her with the opportunity to seek assistance and submit work when needed. Madison, securing the second spot, acknowledges her more spontaneous work style but compensates with unwavering dedication and hard work. Active participation in study sessions, library visits, and tutoring sessions contributed to her achievements.

The Glover sisters express deep gratitude to their supportive family. Madison shares, “We have a very supportive family. They always push us to do our best, and they’re always there for us.” Their graduation on May 16 marked the culmination of their high school journey, each achieving a remarkable 3.9 GPA.

Notably, the twins earned their associate degrees from the University of Toledo before their high school graduation, a testament to their participation in the challenging and highly selective Toledo Early College program.
